SIZING + EXCHANGES 

Q: My size isn't available. What can I do?

A: Send an e-mail to jessica@straightforward.ph, and we'll take one more look around our stockroom for your preferred item.

Q: How do I know my size?

A: On each product page, we mention the size of the item the model is wearing. That gives you a baseline of what your size should be. We also follow Asian sizing. When unsure, we highly suggest you get your usual size.

 Q: What covers as free exchange?

A: Exchange is free (shipping costs to and from are reimbursed) when you find a manufacturing defect in your item within 365 days from the date of purchase. After you order, you will also be given a Return + Exchange document where our mailing address is indicated.

 

SHIPPING

Q: How do you ship worldwide?

A: DHL is Straightforward’s trusted shipping partner. DHL guarantees express shipping wherever you are in the globe.

Q: How much is the shipping fee?

A: Shipping Fee is 15 SGD. For orders above 250 SGD, shipping is free. Straightforward is not responsible for any import charges, duties, or taxes for international sales. Custom policies vary from one country to another. If unsure, please inquire with your local customs office first.

Q: How long is shipping?

A: We ship from Manila, Philippines, and DHL commits your orders arrive within 2-5 business days. You can also track your orders at http://www.dhl.com.ph/en/express/tracking.html.

Q: Do I have to be there when my items arrive?

A: As much as possible, yes. Signatures may be required upon the arrival of your items.

The customer will also be held responsible if the delivery address is marked unreachable by DHL due to incomplete/invalid address.

 

PAYMENTS

Q: How do I make a payment?

A: You can pay via Credit Card. Paypal is our trusted partner for e-commerce payments. 

Q: Do you accept refunds?

A: Straightforward does NOT accept refunds for any reason. Upon making your payment, you agree that items you return are only allowable for exchange to the same item or Straightforward credits. You may also cancel orders, but payments may not be refunded. To cancel your orders, send an e-mail to jessica@straightforward.ph

Q: Where are your items made?

A: Straightforward is run by a network of ethically, socially, and environmentally-aware shirts, bags, and shoes manufacturer in Manila, Philippines. If you want to learn more about our design and production process, e-mail us at jessica@straightforward.ph. 

Q: I have product and service reviews on Straightforward. Where can I post them?

A: We are currently working on our site's reviews feature. For the meantime, connect with us on Facebook and on Instagram.

Q: I want to order items for my team or in bulk. How do we do that?

A: Send Jessica a message at jessica@straightforward.ph. We have special prices for orders above 20 pieces of the same kind.

Q: What if the items I received are incorrect or insufficient?

A: Immediately send your complaint alongside an image of your package to jessica@straightforward.ph. We'll take care of you.
