We use LBC, Black Arrow and ByWay for shipment of orders.
It depends on where you are located. For delivery addresses within Metro Manila, it usually takes 3-4 working days upon confirmation of orders. For provinces and islands, it may take 10-12 working days.
Once we have fulfilled your orders, this is already with your assigned courier. We usually send you an email and SMS (text) message regarding your tracking number. We will also be launching an automated tracker for you very soon!
You may Pay for your orders using your Paypal, Wire transfer services for BDO, BPI and GCash. It may take 1-2 days to verify your payments. Bank accounts are stated upon completion of orders.
Yes! You can make a deposit through our banks even without an existing account with them, just go to your nearest BDO or BPI branch and they'll gladly assist you in making a deposit manually.
Some cards are allowed especially if this is connected to your PAYPAL account. It's best to check first with your bank before resuming order/s.
You may email the deposit slip, screenshot of the transaction slip as proof of payment to email@example.com. It may take 1-2 working days to verify your payment. Kindly notify us on facebook once you have made your payment. For paypal, credit card and debit card users, kindly notify us and we'll double check your payment/s.
We do allow replacement and exchange if:
1. If item/s has/have factory defect/s upon delivery (zippers, stitching).
2.The size or item delivered was wrong.
However, items bought on sale events are not eligibile for replacements.
We allow cancellations of orders if:
1. The item / order hasn't been processed yet.The item / order hasn't been endorsed yet to our courier.
2. If the item has been returned to us and then you decided to have it cancelled due to failure of delivery.
1. Complete accomplished Return and Exchange Form.
2. Photo of the item, be sure it the tag is still intact and unattached from the item.
3. If the price tag is already removed, this will invalidate your claim.Email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. 4. For Metro Manila, the item will be retrieved by our logistics team.
Usually this takes 1 day. For provinces, kindly contact us for advise on how to have your item replaced.
