Q: How do I know my size?

A: On each product page, we have an external link that directs you to a size chart. That gives you a baseline of what your size should be. We also follow Asian sizing. When unsure, we highly suggest you measure your size before purchasing.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: We have a flat rate of 20 SGD for shipping worldwide. Shipping charges are waived when you purchase more than 250 SGD.

 

Q: Do you accept refunds?

A: Tropically Made does NOT accept refunds for any reason. Upon making your payment, you agree that items you return are only allowable for exchange to the same item. 

 

Q: How do you ship?

A: We ship via Black Arrow, Cliqnship. We ship from the Philippines and it usually takes only 1 to 3 business days to ship anywhere in the world.

 

Q: Can I cancel orders?

A: You may cancel orders, but payments may not be refunded. To cancel your orders, send us an email at andy@tropicallymade.com.

Q: How do I pay?

A: We have the following payment method: Bank deposit/bank transfer, cash on delivery, and Paypal. We have secured checkout set up courtesy of Paypal. We will not have access to any of your card information.

 

Q: Can I return online purchases in store?

A: Yes. Just bring the Exchange form that's sent with the package you received with your online order.

 

Q: How do I track my orders?

A: You will be given instructions via e-mail after you have sent your proof of purchase to payments@tropicallymade.com.

 

Q: Can I exchange items that were bought on sale?

A: Sale items are ineligible for exchange unless the items were found to have a manufacturing defect.

 

 

Q: I have already sent my payment. How long does it usually take before my orders are dispatched?

A: Your items are sent just 1 working day from the date you sent your proof of payment to

payments@tropicallymade.com. On the same e-mail, kindly indicate the Order Number that you have just paid for. You should receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after your proof of purchase has been sent.

 

Q: My size isn't available. What can I do?

A: Send an e-mail to andy@tropicallymade.com, and we'll take one more look around our stockroom for your preferred item.

A: Immediately send your complaint alongside an image of your package to andy@tropicallymade.com. We'll take care of you.

 

 

 

Q: I bought an item in pre-order. What does that mean?

A: An item that's listed as available for pre-order means that the item you are buying is still not in our inventory, but is promised to arrive in our warehouse by the declared date. When you have made your payment before the declared date, expect to receive your pre-ordered package 2 days after the declared date.
